New axle bearings

Getting the old bearings off was not a lot of fun. The bushings were the tough part.  A little BP Blaster, heat and a lot of force from the press finally got them off.

I considered cutting the bushings off but when I saw the price of each one, I quickly decided against that.

I decided to put a light coat of anti-seize on for the bushing.  The bearing and bushing are held in place by a clip, so I’m not sure why the bushing has such a tight fit.

Even with the anti-seize acting as a lubricant, it still took a lot of force to get the bushing on:
