Front end – something still doesn’t look right

So after removing the gas cart suspension components and installing the electric suspension components, something still looked off with that right front tire.  My eye was seeing something that I couldn’t capture in a picture, but that right front tire still looked like it had too much positive camber:

Even though I can’t see any substantial frame damage, I still have it in the back of my head that the frame is tweaked and it is impacting the front end.  So I got the front end off the ground and removed the tires.  I set-up my digital angle gauge on the horizontal cross brace closest to where the suspension bolts to the frame.  Zeroed out the gauge:

Then I put the gauge on the right/passenger side:

Then over to the left/driver side:

Essentially the same reading.  I had two extra tires that were in better shape than the previous ones I had on the cart.  I put those on and then got the cart back on the ground.  Again, it is hard to see in the picture, but the angle of the tire looks better.

I wonder if the worn outer edge of the previous tire was making the tire look out of whack???

While I had the angle gauge out I took more comparison measurements on some other areas of the frame and everything seems to be aligned.  I’m gaining confidence in this frame.
